Description: This feature layer shows the zoning district boundaries for the City of Tarpon Springs as of December 2025. The zoning shown on this layer may not completely describe all land use restrictions. The dataset was created by the GIS Division of the Information Technology Department of Tarpon Springs with guidance from the Planning & Zoning Department of Tarpon Springs. This data is for general reference only. All parties understand and acknowledge that the zoning maps, data, text, and mapped features contained in the digital copies of Tarpon Springs’ zoning data are subject to constant change, updates, and corrections. Thus, their accuracy cannot be guaranteed. Final confirmation of official boundaries of a zoning district in relation to a specific property must be provided by the Planning & Zoning Department. This may require a survey produced by a licensed surveyor. For any clarifications or questions regarding this data, please contact the Planning & Zoning Department at planning@ctsfl.us.
