Description: After Pinellas County initially provided WSP USA the 2017 LiDAR DEM package of products circa December 2018 to apply to a flood vulnerability assessment project, WSP USA proceeded to coordinate closely with Pinellas County staff and the LiDAR contractor through May 2019 to resolve issues that were detected by WSP USA in the LiDAR DEM products to include the DEM raster tile files and the set of breaklines vector products. For the Tarpon Springs vulnerability assessment, WSP USA proceeded to apply the breaklines vector products to the LiDAR DEM to set areas of existing water to the value -9999, then exported from the LiDAR DEM an extent covering the greater Tarpon Springs vicinity to the file geodatabase DEM.gdb raster dataset named DEM.LiDAR DEM elevation units are NAVD88 feet.See 2019-01-25_PinellasCountyDec2017LiDarTopographicMappingReport_Final_S+S.pdf for technical details.
